Similar in shape to traditional green types of Romanesco except in colour, Whitacker shows perfect white spiralled curds. Large, sturdy plant, recommended for summer and fall harvest. Excellent sold alone or with Veronica. NOTE: under fertilization and/or drought stress, heads may show a slight green tinge.
