Peas Maple (Speckled)

Maple peas (spotted) are well known by pea shoot lovers. They also make excellent sprouts. Their taste is semi-sweet, semi-bitter, and very fresh. They are rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and amino acids. Soak the seed for eight (8) hours. Rinse and drain twice a day.
